These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Pinnaculum Solutions, including our Done-For-You (DFY) Credit Repair service. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Pinnaculum Solutions provides a DFY Credit Repair service designed to assist clients in identifying and disputing inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete information that may appear on their credit reports.
Our goal is to support clients in improving their overall credit profile through lawful, compliant dispute processes conducted with credit bureaus and creditors.

We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item or any increase in credit score. Results vary for each individual.

Our service includes a 90-day refund policy if no verified results are achieved within 90 days of initiating service. “No results” means no changes related to the items for which the service was engaged.

2. Fees and Payments

  • One-Time Service Fee: The DFY Credit Repair service requires a one-time fee ranging from $499 to $999, depending on the level of service selected.

  • Credit Monitoring Fee: Clients must maintain an active credit monitoring account, costing $29.99 per month, to enable accurate progress tracking. We cannot continue or verify dispute results without active monitoring access.

No Advance Payments:
In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.), Pinnaculum Solutions does not collect or receive payment for credit repair services until those services have been fully performed.

3. Refund Policy

If no verified results occur within 90 days of service, clients may request a full refund of the initial service fee.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pinnaculumsolutions.com between day 91 and day 120 after service begins. Requests made after 120 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be granted if the client:

  • Fails to maintain active credit monitoring, or

  • Does not provide requested documents or information needed to complete the dispute process.

4. User Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide all requested documentation (such as identification, proof of address, or supporting records) in a timely manner.

  • Maintain active credit monitoring throughout the duration of the service.
    Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or limit results and may affect eligibility for a refund.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy and collect only the information necessary to verify your identity, access your credit reports, and perform dispute services.
Personal information is used exclusively for credit monitoring, identity verification, and dispute processing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pinnaculum Solutions strives to deliver high-quality and lawful credit repair services. However, we make no guaranteesregarding the deletion of any specific item or any improvement to your credit score.

Our liability is limited to performing the services described within these Terms and issuing applicable refunds under our refund policy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
Neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report.
Credit bureaus must remove accurate negative information only if it is more than seven (7) years old (or ten (10) years for bankruptcies).

You have the right to cancel this contract for any reason within three (3) business days of signing it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Pinnaculum Solutions.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent. Limited use of the site’s content is granted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with our services.

9. Amendments

Pinnaculum Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Compliance Statement

Pinnaculum Solutions operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.) and all applicable state consumer protection laws.
We do not charge for credit repair services before they are fully performed, and we do not guarantee specific results or credit score increases.
